Apollo is proud of our quality products and excellent customer services. We enjoy extremely low return rate (less than 1%), and most of the returns are because of wrong orders or customs issues. We are committed to excellence in everything we do, and will always do everything in our power to address your needs. Apollo is committed to delivering the highest quality of products and services. We are very confident you will be happy with our Apollo products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days (from the receiving date) for a refund or exchange. 

From the date of receipt, the buyer has 48 hours to ensure that tanks and/or clearomisers are in good working condition, report any faults and claim a replacement or a refund. A claim exceeding this period is not covered by the return policy and will be not refundable or entitled to a replacement.

To process your return:

1. Please simply email vape (at) apolloecigs.co.uk, or call our customer service at 020 8774 9833 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
2. Please fill out the RMA form, place the RMA form and all items from the original order in a proper package.
3. Please mail it back to us at the address indicated on the RMA form within 2 working days from the date you receive the RMA form.
4. Please allow 2-7 days for processing. All refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Please note that the refund to the card will be taken 7-10 working days to reach your bank.

Note: Our 100% 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to Apollo products in their original packaging and condition. If returned products are not in the original packaging and condition we will charge a restocking fee of 20-50% depends on the conditions.

We do not issue a refund for the following items:

1. We do not offer refunds on used cartomizers, clearomizers / tanks or any e-liquids and disposable e-cigs (used or unused) for obvious health safety reasons. These items are discarded upon receiving them and no credit or refund will be issued. 
2. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits or parts will not be refunded. 
3. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.

All returned merchandise must be received in our office within 30-days of the original receiving date. Please make sure you return your order via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns. Please contact Apollo customer service if you have any further questions.
