5. How does the Apollo E-Cigarette work?
Apollo E-Cigarette consists of a rechargeable battery and a disposable cartomizer containing water, propylene glycol, nicotine and flavoring that emulates tobacco cigarettes. When you inhale through the mouthpiece (cartridge), the microchip in the e-cigarette will detect the airflow and activate the atomizer which heats up the fluid in the cartridge and releases smoke-alike vapor. We also offer manual battery which is activated by pressing the button on it.
Warning: The liquid that is vaporized by electronic cigarettes is mainly composed of propylene glycol to produce vapor, a chemical that is used in many applications, from toothpaste to vitamins. However, some users may be allergic to propylene glycol. If you experience any rare allergic reactions such as a severely sore throat or difficulty breathing, please stop use it immediately and contact your doctor.
6. Does the Apollo E-Cigarette produce harmful smoke?

1. Who can purchase Apollo E-Cigarettes?

1. What countries do you ship to?
We try to ship to any countries or areas that electronic cigarettes are not banned. Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time, but please do contact us to find the latest update.
2. Is shipping free?
Orders of more than £30 value can be shipped via Royal Mail Free for UK customers. For all other shipping methods or destination countries, shipping is not free. If an item or product has a green truck icon , it means the item or product is qualified for free shipping (but it does not mean it is free automatically unless it meets the £45 order criteria).
3. What are the shipping methods for Apollo E-Cigarettes?
Currently we offer shipping via Royal Mail (with tracking). Other shipping methods may be added in the future.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are typically shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK Bank holidays) if the order is confirmed and products you ordered are in stock. Once shipped, orders normally take 2-7 days to arrive for UK customers. For customers in other EU countries, it normally takes 4 days to 10 days.
5. How do I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. You can also click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
6. How do I track my order?
Once you receive the confirmation email, you can use the track number to track your order on UK RoyalMail website.
7. What should I do if my order never arrived?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

9. When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

1. How long does each Apollo cartridge last?
Each Apollo E-Cigarette cartomizer can last about 150 to 300 puffs depending on how it is used. A traditional cigarette normally lasts about 15 puffs.
2. How long can Apollo battery be used after it is fully charged?
Apollo E-Cigarettes use the latest lithium-ion batteries which can last as long as it takes to smoke a cartomizer if it is fully charged. However, their usage time may vary and please make sure they are properly charged.
3. When should I recharge a battery?
Your Apollo E-Cigarette battery will blink 20 times when it needs to be recharged. Please note your battery will blink 5 times when it is being overused and you should stop use for several minutes if this happens.
4. How long does it take to recharge a battery?
On average a fully discharged battery will take 1 hour to fully recharge. You can recharge your batteries using the Apollo E-Cigarette pack or USB charger included in your starter kit.
5. How much nicotine is in each cartridge?
There are 4 levels of nicotine strength in Apollo E-Cigarette cartridges: Full Flavored (1.2%), Light (0.8%), Ultra Light (0.5%) and non-nicotine (0mg).
6. What are the ingredients in Apollo cartridges (e-liquid or e-juice)?
The Apollo E-Cigarette cartridges contain water, nicotine (in different levels), propylene glycol and flavoring ingredients. Propylene glycol is an organic compound that is colorless, nearly odorless, clear, viscous liquid with a faintly sweet taste. It is commonly used in food as an additive, coloring, or flavoring. None of the ingredients in the cartridges have been found to be toxic to human beings when properly used.
